I went to visit my dad, he my kids and i to get tacos. It was Saturday morning before the rush. We all order tacos..simple enough. 20-30 mins have gon by, no updates, no refill, no checking to see if we were okay. My toddlers are antsy at this point. I ask the young gentlemen if he could check on my order because we had been waiting for over 30 mins and everyone around us was getting their food. Drive thru is flying through their orders. 5 mins later the young man, walks to the cashier says something to her, avoids me and walks to the back. So i get up to check in with the cashier because theres no other workers around. I ask her hey can you get me a status on our food its been over 40 mins at this point. She responds very rudely and tells me she doesnt know anything about my order shes just the cashier..even though i literally watch the young man tell her something. So i said okay and started loading up my family. Our waitress finally came out and i told her, to bag our breakfast to go. They didnt issue an apology, no communication as to what was going on..no manager came out to speak to us nothing.
2 men who got there 40 mins after us, received their food before us ate and had left, before they could even bag our food to go!
Pretty sad when its one of the only restaurants in town and have horrible service will...
Read moreWe have been going to lupitas for 2 years now. Great food but recently in the last 2 months, they are shorting people eggs thru the drive thru. It's happened multiple times, when I advised them there is little to no egg in my taco, they didn't offer to make it right, they offered to charge me for an additional egg! Ridiculous response. They didnt care, No refund was offered, and the attitude from the hostess needs to be checked. Bad way to do business, bad customer service. Charge for the increase in egg prices but don't skim people...

Because I asked why the wait was so long then proceeded to say I don’t care if we lose your business!!! I came here every other day to get my kids breakfast. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the customer remember when you lose customers that does have an affect on the business! What a shameful experience I will no longer be referring...
