The food at Rose and Vicki’s is phenomenal. This is most important.
However, after two successive orders for pick up wherein I was quoted a 20-minute wait time and had to wait 1 hour 7 minutes and 46 minutes respectively, I can say the service leaves more to be desired (also, I ordered at 4.30p so it wasn’t even the busy time of day yet).
Furthermore, the pizza was not made to requested temperature and the appetizers undercooked slightly (again food is great but if I’m going to have to wait a collective hour for my pickup order beyond the quoted time, it’s best to best to get the requests right).
Finally, the attendant seemed irritated that it was an online order — it appears that he may have been having trouble meeting the demand. That’s OK — running a restaurant is hard but it’s better to treat your clients with professional attitude and not show them frustration for their loyal support of your business.
In short, recommend. Food is a win.

Read moreThere was a time when business like a restaurants hours of operation didn't reflect the "actual work hours" an employee! Seems now days no one wants to work....Today if the sign on the restaurant door states "closed at 8pm" they stop seating folks and taking orders by 7:15 so they could leave and go home.... Not that long ago workers continued to work in the shop after the time on the door, especially if it was an unusually busy night or Saturday.....After closing they would start actual cleaning of the tables and kitchen and the bathrooms for next today. Staying late on a busy night made up for the times when the employer suffered a slow day or week, or maybe after having sent an employee home early with pay due to a very slow night. Today, these kids and even some managers the lack integrity and work ethics working Americans once had. They know not what it means to be part of something special other than themselves.....A reflection on our whole...
Read moreMe and my family called to order just two pizzas delivered to our house, we were told it would be about 45 minutes which we understood, after an hour we called to check on the status of the pizzas and the man who answered the phone said "it just came out of the oven and is on it's way now" we said thank you and told him our address again to just make sure they knew where to bring the pizzas, he said "yes it will be there soon and will be hot and fresh". We waited another hour and then called back to check again since we only live 10 minutes away at the most and it had already been over 2 hours. The same man answers the phone and tells us the pizzas were a pick up not a delivery we explained to him that we ordered the pizzas two hours ago told them we wanted delivery and that the man asked us our address, and that we called and were told the pizzas were on their way. So I dont know how they messed this up but we are not very impressed with...
