Me and my coworkers had reservations for 5:00 p.m. we were seated promptly, the waitresses were very pleasant. I sit down at 5:00 at 6:45 our food was still not there. Mind you we were the first ones in the restaurant when it opened at 5:00. We also stated that we would take our food orders as they were prepared, meaning we didn't want to wait for the entire table's food to be ready before it was brought out. So, I finally went to the front and asked T Roy himself if I could just get mine to go because I had a long drive ahead of me. That took another 15 minutes. I was charged full price even after telling him I had a 45 minute drive so my food would be cold by the time I got to eat it. A two hour wait for the food to come to the table. My supervisors, coworkers & I decided to have a dinner to celebrate those of us leaving. This was my first and last time at this establishment. I ordered 6 wings. One was colder than the rest. One of my supervisors ordered wings that were cold when arriving at our table. Another supervisor ordered soup after being told the amount would be that of a to-go cup. The soup was 1/3 of the amount told & less than half of what another patron ordered (We poured it in a cup to check the amount & were being nosey with the table behind us.) The waitress wasn't very helpful with the issue & didn't seem to care at all with a shoulder shrug. Eventually she brought a cup with the promised amount to make up for the lack of soup. Pricey, but delicious! The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is busy. My husband got the special, which was steak, medium rare and juicy. He really enjoyed it. He also got a margarita, which he also liked very much. I got the Philly cheesesteak sans peppers with a beer and, being from north of Philadelphia myself, I have to say it was pretty close to what you'd expect. Nice experience.
