McDonald's — Restaurant in Marked Tree

I have lived here for a year now, and have NEVER received decent service at this McDonalds location.

Recurring problems:

Fry containers are typically only 1/2 filled, and the fries have never once been hot and fresh. And multiple times they've had me "pull over in that first spot because we have to make fries." They still come out cold and stale. Every. Single. Time.

They put your napkin in a plastic sandwich bag, THEN put that bag in your more environmentally friendly paper bag. It's like the kind of plastic baggies you put your kids sandwich in when you're packing their lunch for school. WHY they do this, is beyond me. First, it means someone is sitting there bagging up napkins. Total waste of time, since whomever puts the plastic bag of usually just 1-2 napkins in the paper bag still has to grab them and put them in the bag. Why not just grab some napkins and toss them in the paper bag and eliminate the need for someone to put them in plastic bags first? Or the need for the plastic bags period! Completely ignorant thing to do.

I always request no pickle or onion on any burger I get. Never. Not one single time, has my burger been pickle and onion free. N-E-V-E-R. Why even bother saying you'll make them to order, when we all know it's simply not going to happen? I still request it that way, but now I just know to expect that I will be taking those off my burger once I get it. I always have a glimmer of hope though, that maybe one day, some higher being will come down and bless my burger and it'll be made the way I want it.

I think the ice cream machine was working one time when I wanted ice cream. But every other time it wasn't working. In the defense of the Marked Tree McDonalds, I think this is simply an issue with ALL McDonalds.

I've never pulled up to the second window and my order been ready. Even if I'm just getting a single drink. I'm going to be waiting. For what? Who the heck knows. But we wait. Then, if I'm getting food and have to wait, and it can be 11 at night and I be the ONLY person in the entire drive thru line, they're going to have me pull over to that first spot instead of just letting me wait at the window. I'm the only person! I'm not keeping them from delivering another order to someone else. There is nobody else! Why do I have to pull over?!

Lasty, the crew is never ever happy. They always act like every customer just interrupted their day. As if they're there to do something other than work at McDonalds. And I'm not being mean about this. My first job was at McDonalds, so I know what it's like working there. No, it's not heaven, but being young and working with other young people was fun. We goofed off. We joked around. We weren't mad at the world 24/7 like these people are.

This location is so bad that I've decided to boycott this McDonalds. I haven't been there in about 3 weeks now. I've began going to a locally owned small fast food place that looks 100 years old, just to avoid this crappy place. Whomever runs this location needs to be fired and a new manager needs to takeover and whip this place into...

Ordered a double filet o fish. They gave me one that had been previously made and then stored for a very long time. The bun was so hard it was inedible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't even bite through it. The. I was left with disappointing overly-soggy filets. Even the fries were bad. Basically, it's the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds.

Update:

Ordered big mac with no lettuce. They made the bic mac with no lettuce, HOWEVER, they also only made the bottom half of the sandwich. The top half was two pieces of bread. Husband sent them back to be made correctly. All they did was throw a hamburger patty on there. No sauce/pickles. This is the only McDonald's where I have something wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from there. If there were another option in the area, I'd go anywhere else but...

Be very careful at this location it is the dirtiest most backwards run operation I've ever seen and Yolanda the manager will steal your payroll they owe me for 8 hours but I got an email letting me know that my direct deposit information has been changed to an account that I didn't know nothing about. Once I logged in they had me listed as a male with a birthday of January 1st of 1999 I'm a 45-year-old mother... I tried to call them all and tried to resolve it but they avoided me like the plague their thieves and I pray they're caught and held accountable in the mighty name of Jesus... it's 8 hours of pay they can keep it vengeance is mine says the Lord but they are thieves maybe I should file a wage theft claim against you Yolanda. Yes think i should....get your ducks...
