Amazing coffee and the best Chai I've ever had!

We had a Bachelorette party out in the area and stopped here for coffee and the mini pancakes. It was amazing, and everyone was super happy with their drinks!

The next morning, as we were leaving, we went somewhere closer and had extremely disappointing Chai that was basically just milk barely a hint of Chai flavor, and the place was so crowded and the people there were not as nice. So we said Unchartered Grounds was so much better in literally every way. Why don't we just go back there?

Adorable local coffee shop! I ordered one of the holiday specialty drinks, the praline--so delicious! The specialty drinks are very creative, plus they can make many of them sugar free or less sugar. The owners are wonderful, friendly and appreciative of all their guests. They also have coffee beans, ground coffee and merch for sale. I stopped by in the winter and they have one of those outdoor seating "igloos" next to the store. Fun! Definitely worth stopping to hang out for a bit, or as you are...

Cutest little coffee shop!!! My husband and I were traveling through Houghton Lake and found this little gem! Soooo happy we stopped in! Absolutely LOVED the decor and the atmosphere! Everyone was welcoming and a HUGE plus, they use Creation coffee! The BEST! YUM! The locals let us know it was worth the wait, and it was! We got 2 delicious mochas! I believe the young lady was Gwen? She was the sweetest! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area! Love that it's a small family...
