My family (party of 11) came here for Mother's Day lunch. I didn't know what to expect, and I think a lot of people would pass right by here on Route 34 without even noticing the place. My advice to you: don't do that. Head on in for some fantastic Italian.

From the second we walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our server Gina was probably one of the best I've ever had. I started with the Fried Calamari - large, tender breaded rings that hit the spot. It was well seasoned, not over-fried, and didn't have too much breading. For my main, I got the Chicken Abruzzi, which combined some of my favorite foods all into one dish. Chicken breast topped with eggplant, prosciutto, and mozzarella served in a brown sherry wine sauce with wild mushrooms. All flavors came together to make a fantastic entree. All of the pieces of the dish were cooked perfectly, and it really hit the spot. Large portions all around as well.

While I didn't try other entrees, I don't think there was one person that didn't enjoy their meal, and that was a party of 11 as I said. We topped it off with some of their fantastic desserts and left feeling full and happy.

Overall, this place is truly fantastic. BYOB is certainly an added bonus. My verdict: highly recommend - no matter what you order, you'll have a great meal. It's tough for me to give a full 5 stars, but...

My wife and I went for lunch as we didn't want to go too far from home due to weather forecast. They did little to improve the decor of the old restaurant - replaced the old, worn carpeting, repainted, and did some work on the ceiling. The old, dark wood on the walls is still there making the restaurant dark and uninviting and noisy. Restaurant was pretty empty as there was only one other table. We did see several take out orders. We ordered a salad and pizza with meatballs and mushrooms. While the salad was a good size, it was nothing spectacular for the high price ($16), just lettuce, a few tomatoes and onions with an oil and vinegar dressing. No meat, no cheese. It did come with a couple of pieces of focaccia bread. The pizza was also a decent size but high priced ($19 + $4 each for toppings). The dough was light and airy and, while it had burnt spots, was flavorful and nice to the chew. The sauce was a little on the light side and could have a bit more seasoning. The meatballs were very good and the mushrooms used were freshly cut, not canned. While the high prices will limit our visits, we...

the day i went, there were tons of kids running and screaming around. it was atrocious. i couldnt even hear the waitress that was not even 2 feet away from me. she was very lovely and sweet but there was way too much chaos and not one adult that wanted to control their kids or respect others that wanted to enjoy their meal. for $37, the meal i had was subpar and bland. i really did not enjoy my meal at all. i even declined a to-go box after not finishing more than half my meal because i was so disappointed. i could have went to olive garden for the same meal and got a better taste. however, if you do like the taste, the portions are quite large - still not worth the money. the restaurant was in a strange location too, not that there's anything they could really do about it but i nearly got rear ended trying to pull into the parking lot! maybe a sign would help? i was hoping this place would be great but it just.. wasnt. i'd consider coming back to try it when i have another $40 to spend on a singular meal and the tolerance to be around adults that can't control the...

This place is such a hidden gem! Came here for lunch on Mother’s Day with a party of 6 - the food and service were fantastic! Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked - calamari was so tender and perfectly fried, margherita pizza crust was thin and yummy, and our main courses (pastas, chicken parm, Marsala) were excellent! Portions are very generous - we are used to small NYC portions so we ended up over ordering, but now we have yummy leftovers. Staff were friendly and attentive; the chef came out to greet us at the end of the meal which was really nice because it was busy lunch time. We’ll definitely be returning customers as the food and service were amazing.

We stopped in for dinner, after a long flight from Portland, OR., on our way to the Jersey shore. 4 words - so fresh, so good! We were happily greeted and brought to a table near the window. We watched as they delivered amazing pizza, after pizza to the surrounding tables. The aroma was on point! We opted to order the Caprese salad, and bruschetta to start, followed by a Blanca pizza and a cheese calzone to follow. This place did not disappoint! Great service, friendly atmosphere, clean setting. All the yummy dinner boxes checked! We’ll be back!

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a local romantic Valentine’s Day dinner so we went to Peppino’s Restaurant in Marlboro and it was perfect! The calzone was amazing. Dinner was beyond delicious everything made fresh the seasoning the flavors perfect. The bread is divine and yes I love great bread. The service was exceptional. The owner Vinny is very hands on and makes you feel at home. Wonderful experience. This is our spot now. 5 plus stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
