Hidden Village Aberdeen — Local services in Aberdeen Township

Hidden Village has been a five star worthy experience thus far. The construction of this new and beautiful development is almost complete and I’m sure will only get better from here. The staff is incredibly helpful and and nice. It’s nice to be apart of a community where you have such a friendly environment, from the staff to the neighbors and all the wonderful amenities where you can enjoy your time together. There’s a lovely gym, pool and hug fire pit area with bbq grills. Several tiers of the bbq grills actually. Loads of space to relax with friends and family. And such a gorgeous and spacious club house. The best part, is that the development and all the amenities are very well maintained. The landscaping is superb. Just beautiful. The attention to detail hasn’t gone unnoticed. Now about the apartments themselves! They are gorgeous. Lots of storage space. Everywhere. Beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen. All the appliances and even fixtures are top of the line. Everything is so new and modern. Huge bathrooms. We even have our own garage and driveway!! We lucked out and got a corner space, and love that we have a view into the beautiful greenery. So nice and cozy quiet. That’s another thing, the neighborhood is so cozy and quiet. But not too quiet. Everyone is lovely and waves to you when you’re out and about. Very friendly. Something I also admire about the community is the amazing staff. I’ve heard horror stories of terrible management in other developments, things not getting fixed, rude staff etc. I’ve not had one problem. In fact if something is broken, the maintenance guys are on the scene right away, or they call you right away. Working around the clock. Alejandro has gone out of his way many times to help us above and beyond. Marcus is the most wonderful property manager. Always walking the neighborhood checking on things in a suit and tie! Sharp guy. He has a way of making things run so smoothly around here, always with a big smile on his face. And the ladies in the office are always so helpful and friendly. Great bunch of people. After all the searching I did when deciding on this place, there wasn’t one other place that came even close to what this place has to offer. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Hidden Village at Aberdeen, and I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional my experience was. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my onboarding experience.

First and foremost, the leasing manager, Kathleen, deserves special recognition for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for each resident's needs is truly commendable. The staff took the time to understand my preferences and requirements, and they effortlessly guided me through the leasing process. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had, ensuring a seamless transition into my new home.

The entire staff at HVA shares the same level of excellence in customer service. They consistently delivered prompt and courteous assistance whenever I needed it, making me feel welcomed to the community.

The amenities offered are unparalleled. The beautifully landscaped grounds, well-maintained common areas, and state-of-the-art fitness center truly enhance the living experience. Maintenence Technician Alejandro

There aren’t enough positive adjectives that I can use to describe the maintenance technician, Alejandro. However, after meeting Alejandro for the first time when he was responding to a maintenence request a few adjectives jumped right out at me. He is extremely polite and respectful as he made sure to wipe the dirt off of his boots after asking if I’d like for him to remove them all together which wasn’t necessary.

Alejandro has made it a point to get know both myself and my family which helps out tremendously in the fact that when he is in my apartment he is no longer a ”stranger” but rather a friendly familiar face. This is extremely helpful when my two year old niece is over and no longer cries when she sees him.

In addition to being a great person, Alejandro, is great at his job, takes it very seriously and goes above and beyond. Recently, I put in a service request for a refrigerator filter to be changed out and within ten minutes my doorbell rang and it was Alejandro set and ready to go with the filter in hand. The easy thing to do would be to change the filter and leave. However, I was very impressed when he was done changing the filter he made sure to ask me if there was anything else in the apartment that needed to be repaired and if I had any questions about the apartment that fell under his umbrella of scope of work.

There have been times when Alejandro was here on a service call and I had several unrelated questions about other things in the building and he was able to answer all of them without blinking; he is very knowledgeable in his field.
