$18 for a raw rubber chicken BLT. Whatever Food/Beverage mgmt is doing at Snowshoe, they should be ashamed for serving such garbage food for an ultra premium. Used to love this place years ago and it has gone downhill in a big way with whatever food vendor they are using. Tossed it in the trash can in front of them and they didn't bat an eye. This mtn and the village restaurants used to be the highlight of my ski trips over there and they have become greedy and using sub par ingredients. Let’s start with the obvious: yes it’s overpriced. There’s a certain level of acceptability to that aspect which me (and most others) will tolerate. Beautiful view sitting on Snowshoe's lake at the bottom of the basin side. As should be expected; pricey ski resort beer and food. The food is usually good, pretty much identical to shavers centre's fried menu. There's Only 2 bathrooms, so it gets busy, but it's also located at the bottom of the busiest lift on the mountain (ballhooter).
