Tried the Mexican food truck and I’m seriously impressed. The food is amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Prices are decent for the quality you're getting, and the portions are solid.

The al pastor quesadilla was a standout, perfectly cooked meat with that authentic seasoning you hope for but rarely find. Definitely a must-try. I also recommend the birria: rich, tender, and packed with flavor.

Their salsa hits the mark, balanced heat, great texture, and adds just the right kick. The queso, while creamy, could use a bit more flavor or spice to really stand out.

Overall, this place is authentic, delicious, and worth a stop if you’re in the area. I’ll absolutely be back...
