Update 1/24/24 first time here in at least a year. Food was fresh and at near the speed of sound. Pleasant car Hop. Great job! Update, 3/20/21. They have improved. Orders are more often correct and food is on par. They still forget the catsup or sauces every time. When you're orders delivered look in the bag and tell your car hop what you need. I still appreciate them employing HS kids and maintaining a core of competent people to train them! (Previous 2* review follows.) Ok just sat 10 minutes after pushing the button. Pulled to the drive thru. Sat there 3 minutes with no response. My wife is a nurse. We came to town with 15 minutes to spare to get a drink for her. I'll leave two stars because if I show up at the crack of dawn the service is great. Just saying if the place is at 50% capacity service should be well.. the speed of sound! Might wanna look into who's running the shop at 5:30 p.m. on Sat. Jun 27! ( Previous Edit Follows) I'm editing this adding another star.The last few visits have been better. Food quickly and only missing one order of onion rings which they promptly brought out. I appreciate they have local kids employed and generally serve good food. If they continue doing their best I'll raise it again in a few months! ( Previous 1 Star Review Follows)Well my 5 star went out the window! Still better than the Duncan location but... Just waited nearly 20 minutes for 1 burger. 1 onion ring and two drinks. These folks are having serious employee competence issues. I checked the burger and it was cold. We had watched it set on the counter waiting on a car hop for 10 minutes. Then Angel the angry car hop rolled her eyes at me for telling her to heat it up again. Manger brought it out as a re cook and didn't even offer an explanation or apology. Then the bun was super hard as she stuck it back on the grill to re heat it. Looks like she needs to hit McD's and get her night manager job back. Definitely not a Sonic...
Read moreY'all can never get my order right it's always wrong. There is a very rude car-hop that will cut you off half way through your order and give your total an not let you finish. She's done it to us twice now! She never gives a name had it happen both on day shift and night shift. But the last straw was last night and the 30-35 minute wait for 2 plain vanilla cones. It took y'all 5 mins to answer the button. Another 15 to make 2 cones then the screen says your car-hop is on her way 10-15 minutes later and still no cones. I press the button and it flashes once before going back to not being lit. Like y'all just hit the eff you button on a phone. I finally said screw it an left without my ice cream. Next time I'll just go to Braum's for a cone at least there I get great service and more ice cream choices.
An I forgot till my husband reminded me that he called up there last night to speak with the manager on duty and not a single one of y'all picked up the phone it rang for a good minute before saying all lines are busy and hung up. Rather it's getting off work or late getting out of a ball game....1st placed our order then when we got our order we got one order of fries when should of had four total, let the car hop know and gave her our receipt before got to check the rest of order she gone, I noticed I didn't get any of my meal except for my shake... yum..i pushed the famous red button and let her know I didn't get my order as well...she said according to your receipt you didn't order that with a sarcastic remark! Our car hop brings our fries while waiting on my meal only to find out she only brings one more order of fries....we then told her we needed two more and she acted frustrated at us like it was our fault ...lets just say when I finally got my food a different car hop brought it with the right number fries then I paid the car hop for my late order and was glad it was over and was ready to get out of there thinking it was over only to get down the road and my chicken wasn't done....i gave up on it and decided it was best to just keep driving to be the better person in the whole deal!!!!!!!
