Starbucks — Restaurant in Marple Township

Ever since the Broomall Starbucks moved to the drive-in location, they continually run out of supplies and they have such a high turnover of their staff. It used to be that you could go to Starbucks everybody knew your name -knew your order and it was a great place to be. Tonight I went to get my regular Pike Place and they ran out halfway through my pour. They offered me Americana and I asked for extra Syrup because it's too strong for me. The girl was doing what I asked and then her coworker (through his microphone ) whispered "just add water to it" and thought I couldn't hear him so she added hot water to it and now it taste like flavored water ! I'm so disappointed - it was my favorite coffeehouse! Now they don't even have a yogurt or a sandwich by 5 PM and they continually run out of their coffee or there's no creamer on the counter or the trash cans are overfilled ...The staff just seems overwhelmed and their understocked for the new volume of people...we won't even get into how long the drive-through takes and how many times they've messed up that order! It's not even worth...

This specific shop ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly (oat milk vanilla latte, iced venti guy) I'm writing to review the manager who worked this morning on 11/22/22 at 8am-ish. She was extraordinarily helpful in that while I admittedly was a jerk because I was frustrated that she couldn't break my $100 bill for payment. I scoffed at her saying "You guys don't have 80 bucks in there!?" She graciously gave me my drink order to me anyway. After thinking about how much of a jerk I was, I felt compelled to recognize her efforts, through all my BS to leave happy, which I did; so much in fact that I will be returning later today to pay for the drinks She offered complimentary. Granted, I'm in hospitality myself, so I understand both sides of the coin here and I wanted to give credit where it's due. My apologies in how I acted as a customer who quite honestly just have a lot going on personally and I took it out on team members at this shop, for...

I visit this Starbucks location frequently and I am always impressed by the excellent service and the high-quality beverages and snacks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that every order is made to perfection.

I especially appreciate the variety of drinks and food options available at this location. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic latte or a trendy seasonal drink, Starbucks always has something that hits the spot. Plus, their food options are always fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere of the store is also very pleasant, with cozy seating areas and a relaxed ambiance. It's a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done while enjoying a cup of coffee.
