KFC — Restaurant in Marshall

If this KFC had a manager or employees worth anything I think I'd have a heart attack!

I'd honestly rather not even have them in business to tempt me with KFC every few months where I try to give them the benefit of trying them again!

We've had over 4 years of the worst service possible from this location and I'm beside myself that anyone can as incompetent as whoever owns this franchise.

They constantly are lazy, shut down randomly, and won't even make a fresh chicken order when it would have been ready in-time and then have the audacity to tell us that it would have only taken 17 minutes, then they told us that they "gave us what is in the boxes" and told us that we'd have to "call a number" to get a refund.

They constantly have the "lobby closed" sign up even though they redid it not long ago and half of the time they are standing outside smoking at the front door when you pull up.

They did this nonsense with the Long John Silver's franchise too by claiming they didn't make any money off of it when all they needed to do is just order product to be able to sell. People can't buy things if they won't make them or offer them. They then used it as an excuse to exit...

Today on March 27th 2021 I went through the KFC drive-thru in Marshall Missouri and ordered two six piece hot wing unsauced. and I got those for my nephews and when three of them were bit into they were bloody my nephew took them back through the drive-thru with my receipt and he was told that the wings were done because they were just pulled out of the fryer and that's the way they were supposed to look because of the hot sauce that was underneath the breading. I don't know how they learn to cook but last time I checked hot wings or any kind of wing or chicken or anything it's not supposed to be bloody. So my advice to the staff there at KFC in Marshall is to start cooking your food a little bit longer to make sure that it's actually done because I would hate to see someone get food poisoning from eating meat that is not cooked all the...

So done with this place, one of the only restaurants in town and they can't get it together, out of lots of menu items, then when I asked for something they did have they said they didn't have any ready, so I left, not the first time, also have had to wait for them to cook food for over 10 min before, the lady at the window who is there 90% of the time is super snobby, I don't even know how she has a job, tried going back again the other day got my bag of food literally thrown at me, tried telling corporate and they never do anything, they also didn't give me any biscuits for my bucket of food...
