The past few times of ordering food to have to come back and have it fixed is completely unnecessary. This last time waiting in line for a few minutes to then have everything shut off in front of me because the store closed early without anyone politely stating they close or even taking my order as I was in line before the cut off time and had to wait because there were several customers waiting on food. A simple we apologize we are closed would have been nice instead of just shutting down while i was waiting. This is not the first time this store has shown no respect for customers and it's pretty sad that most people when not even go there unless certain employees are working because those few employees seem to actually care about there jobs and dont disrespect the customers like most of them and after getting the lights shut off I have been trying to call for the past 20 mins only to get a busy signal and no answer someone really needs to explain to me how this is respecting your customers and show me how this is real customer service As someone who worked in the food service industry for 5 years j am absolutely appalled and insulted by the lack of customer service this store has shown as of late not all employees fall in this category as there are I few that do an amazing job and deserve to be promoted yet seem to be over looked very poor experiences the past...
Read moreOnline order for drive thru, 2 burritos, 2 sausage egg muffins. Had to wait at the speaker then had to get pulled to wait an additional 5 minutes. Then Aaron proceeded to bring us our order, no sorry for the wait nothing, check the order we got 2 burritos and 2 sausage muffins. Went inside to let them know wait3d an additional 10 mins to talk to an employee. Employee went to grab my right sandwiches but gets told no from Aaron cause drive thru needs it. I hear nothing more from the employees, after about another 6 mins Aaron called out 2 sausage egg muffins and just stares at me, so I had to ask if those are my replacementsand to get told yes from the awesome employee but nothing out of Aaron.....the previous person who was also waiting for their curbside order had to go in and wait 10+ for their replacements.... Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE this company as a fast food restaurant. It pains me to leave this review even more. Read moreNot all McDonald's are created equal. Years ago, I hated this McDonald's, I don't believe I would be exaggerating when I say that my drive-thru order was wrong 90 percent of the time. Places change. This is now my favorite McDonald's. The service is friendly, they get my orders right. Actually, the last 3 times they got my order "wrong," I later realized it was because I ordered the wrong number on the menu. They cannot read my mind. And as far as fast food breakfasts, I think this McDonald's has the best and most consistent breakfasts of any fast food establishment. I almost always stop at this McDonald's for breakfast on my way to church. I love their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches.
