McDonald's — Restaurant in Martin

It was terrible! It was my husband and I and we went in and ordered to go. We order 2 McDouble's, McChicken sandwich, a small fry, large fry, a large pop, and a medium smoothie. Well the large fry wasn't a large, the small fry had more or about the same as the large did. Not only did they short us of the fries they was cold and nasty. My husband ate the McDouble's and he only are one when he usually eats $ no problem. He said that it didn't taste right at all. I ate the McChicken sandwich, it tastes good but they didn't spread the mayo in it at all only half of it had it and I believe they put a whole lettuce head in it cause as I was taken the wrapper off the sandwich lettuce was fallen everywhere and the sandwich was loaded with it. The only thing really that we liked was the pop and smoothie. The cashier that took out order she was nice and did her job very well. Not sure if her name but she said she just started there. But the manger that was on duty that day seemed to be not to nice and she is the one that put our order together and sling it over to the counter and the one that took our order reached it to us with a smile and said have a nice day. We usually stop there almost every time going through there to go but that was our last time...

This place just keeps getting worse and worse day by day, got there at 10am ordered breakfast thru the drive thru, got pulled, which is usually no problem bit sat there for 30 mins, nothing, ended up going in to see what the hold up was only to be told they had forgot about it, waited over 15 more mins for food, got home, didn't have any sauces for the burritos of course, 2 syrups for 3 orders of hot cakes, and no hash browns that I paid for, called to speak to a mgr to be told "idk what you want me to do about it to make it better" 😑 well at least bring me what I paid for and didn't get, was told they don't have any delivery drivers even tho door dash is available in my area, not the first time I've had a bad experience, not the only one they've done this to either, it's constant, either they need retrained or they need to shut it down and put what few workers they have at the...

Decided to get burgers and some chicken nuggets for my wife and I at about 8pm July 3rd we only get this as a treat from time to time. I got a order of food poisoning because these kids can't follow procedure This location likes to make poison for food only the 75th time McDonald's has made me horribly sick. Locations in Cape coral Florida no better Locations in Syracuse New York no better and now evidently Martin Kentucky Don't eat here they will make you and or your kids and family sick. For the price just stay home and make something fresh and 20 times better for half the price of trying to feed two.
