Excuse my french....RUDE AS HELL!

So mad about my experience that I'm doing a review immediately. Called to grab some food because it's late and they are the only place open. This spot is right up the street from me, but I called it in because they boast free delivery on orders over $15 (see attachment). Since I knew we'd be over $15, why not save the gas?

So I called, first problem, I spoke to about three people before I could even order. No big deal, so a guy, I'm assuming he was a manager or owner of some sort asks for my order and address. Here's what I ordered...a 12 inch Steak n Cheese and 4 wings with fries. How much should that add up to...at most?? Maybe $15, maybe even $20? Well check this out, I ask for my total because I was considering ordering a drink. The guy proceeds to tell me $26! Excuse me? There is no delivery fee! How in ever is it $26??? So I questioned the total given and relayed the information listed on line. He then tells me "that can't be right..I don't know who Andrew's Bar and Grill is we are Andrew's Restaurant...My price is right I set it". Once he said he would not honor the price on the site, he told me he was busy and to call another time and HUNG UP THE PHONE.

What type of customer service is this???? I am so disappointed because this place is so close to me and they have what looks to be a nice happy hour. But I will never support this place and you shouldn't either. One big ripoff! Check out my screenshots from their website, proof is in the pudding. Stay away! And if you decide to order, make sure you get itemized information on the cost of everything.

I can’t begin to say enough about the owner of this restaurant and his new staff! We have hosted several daytime events at this establishment, and each time they have gone above and beyond on service and attention!

The atmosphere is a nice casual vibe, but I hear it can be quite lively at night. I can only speak to the day time vibe, I enjoy it more each time I come.

Now the food…AMAZING! The wings are really good and they come with very tasty fries. Their seafood macaroni and cheese is a must have! Drinks are definitely worth the price and my bartender made me an awesome custom drink after chatting with me to get my preferences for a few minutes. RUN LIKE HELL IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! Paid $9.95 for chicken curry and added $3.00 extra meat to it and only got 6 pieces of chicken in the whole meal. Called and was hung up on 10 different times and was told finally when they listened that they were sending more chicken out and never did. Called back and was hung up on over and over again and then when we asked for a refund for my food after spending $52.00 they refused and said call back tomorrow and hung up on us. Worthless bastards here rip you off and if I could give this place minus 100 stars I would. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ATE AT!!! NEVER AGAIN! God forbid if you did order and they got your order wrong. They will screw...
