Basil's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I take back my review. Only the worst of the original team is left and I asked for the information of the owner to speak to them about their terrible customer service and I was yelled at + insulted by the manager an old short woman possibly in early 50s. They have messed up my orders repeatedly after giving them thousands of dollars in the course of five years for individual and family orders. I am disgusted. On 2 separate times I ordered my standard 15 piece wings, flat pieces, mild sauce and 2 Blue Cheese dressings. When I checked my order, 2 Ranch dressings were included with the order. When I called these clowns, I inquired on 2 separate occasions whether they had blue cheese dressing. I was assured they did. I also requested extra napkinso yet NONE were included. The last time they lied to me when they said they had blue cheese dressing when all they had was Ranch. If I had known that I would have canceled the order. When I called to inquire, “we’re closed” was the response. No matter, replace the dressing.I was told I would have to wait. I called @ approx 9:58 pm, it’s 11:05pm. Still WAITING!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed to be told that they only travel a two mile radius when they have delivered to my location before. At first the guy one the phone phone yell me that because I live three miles away I will have to wait an hour an half but then when he tell the driver the driver takes and phone and tell me they don't deliver to my locatio. Well fine, I miss the old middle eastern staff anyway. Guess I'll order three brother who is farther but at least they got drivers who go over two miles. I wonder why Basil pizza...
