Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

We ordered a ice cream cake on Monday to be picked up on Tuesday at 430 pm. It was a vanilla cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream. We arrived at 530 pm on that Tuesday for pick up and the cake was not ready. We were told to come back on the next day at 0930 am. So we did. We returned at 1130 am the next day. The rep. comes out curbside and says it wasn't ready, they forgot to fix the cake and add the icing. I asked what time to come back, he says maybe in about an hour. I called the store this time, an hour later... they finally got my name right and my order, supposedly and told me to come in and grab the cake. Returned to the store, waited in the drive thru, it took them a moment to figure out the order again. Finally got the cake home, it turned out to be the wrong cake, we got chocolate cake, not white cake. Huuummm, it was an experience. I wanted to share my story. Be mindful that customer service may not be this store's strong point. I might think twice about this matter for...

This is by far the worst baskin robbins i have ever been to on both the west and east coast! Always out of things, messy areas, dirty floors...tonight there were 3 girls and 1 guy. All of them ignored us for several minutes. One of the girls was sitting at a table, I assume on a break, talking loudly on her phone. 2 girls, mostly walking back and forth looking at stuff...one girl finally made a drink and took it to the drive thru. Mind you, when we got there there were 2 cars at the drive thru and 2 customers in front of us who had already ordered and were paying when we came in. Finally, TJ, the guy came back. He was polite in asking us what we wanted, but had no customer service at all. He rang up our orders and that was it. This is the WORST Baskin Robbins EVER. I’ve visited this location a handful of times, and my experiences just get worse each time. Service is horrible even if there is only one other customer in the place. The employees were too busy talking to that other person who was their friend just hanging out. On more than one occasion, half the ice cream selection was unavailable (and it was more than an hour before closing). Lastly, NEVER BUY AN ICE CREAM CAKE from this location. I’ve never been to a location where no one could write on the cake. We are an ice cream household and an ice cream cake has never lasted more than a weekend, but we could not even finish a slice of the cake we bought because it tasted as though it had really bad freezer burn after been sitting in a freezer for months. I will drive an extra ten minutes rather than buying anything from this...
