K-Manna Rice Factory — Restaurant in Maryland

Driving down 95 and we're looking for some good quality fast food options and we found this spot.

It's like quick Korean food, so the rating isnt based on it being a traditional sit down meal but something quick. It's a counter based place, our food was ready in under 10 minutes, the place was clean and service was friendly.

They have a parking lot, which is always nice.

Food: It was delicious. We shared an order of fried dumplings and they were fried crispy, but not greasy. The oil used tasted fresh.

I had the cup of beef bap: excellent mixture of beef, rice, noodles and the corn and sauce really took it to a new level. I'd get that again, my only complaint was that the bowl was empty so soon. It was a nice size portion.

My wife had the bulgogi beef and egg, must have been good because I never even got a taste she ate the whole thing and she rarely eats an entire meal.

Next time I'm driving through I'll be stopping back because it's fresh quality food, quick...

I'm going to preface this review with I know these are hard times during COVID especially for restaurant workers and owners to stay safe and profitable.

My experience tonight was that I arrived 7 minutes before I realized they were closing which is now 8pm. I was met by what I assume to be either the manager or an owner that points to the hours of operation sign and says we're closed. I kindly try to explain to him that it's not 8pm and my two friends and I just want three rice bowls and fried dumplings. That absolutely couldn't be accommodated because he pointed to the hours sign again we're closed.

For point of reference I made it to another restaurant (Wing Stop) by 8pm when K Manna supposedly closes and was checked out by 8:03pm.

This is a hidden gem that needs more love. I haven't been here in years and so glad its consistent in flavors. If you're working in the area this is the go to spot for fast casual home cooked Korean food. Stopped by recently with some coworkers and we ordered the spam and egg bulgogi box, pork bap bowl, and the beef bulgolgi. Wow flavors are on point! I gobbled that spam up so quickly and the other meats were seasoned really well. Each bowl/ box comes with a side of veggies, kimchi, runny egg and rice. The staff cooks this place really quickly and keep the location clean. I tell my coworkers at this work site to drive out of the way because its that delicious.
