Big Bite — Restaurant in Maryland

My first experience there was OK.... At best bellow average since they seemed to have an attitude... Wasnt too happy with that, or how long I waited for just one COLD sandwich. I waited and I waited. For at least an hour for an cold sandwich. I had my dog outside waiting for me and it was very cold at the time. They was too busy thinking my German Shepard was in the store so they kept looking at me like I was crazy! Like really? How could I get away with bringing in a 89+ pound dog? People that came in after me got out quicker then me as well. Even though I showed that I was trying to be patient I wanted to leave, they don't make the customers feel welcomed at all. Wouldnt kill for them to smile. Their food is a little better then their service attitude. Not going anytime soon. My first thoughts of this place is they are slow and rude and...

They're food is good. However the two times I did come there, their manners and attitude towards me, makes me not want to come there, on top of that the wait is horrible, when I go there I would order ahead of people and I have to wait and wait and wait. The people that ordered AFTER me gets their food first! And they order hot food.... Longest I've ever had to wait for a cold sandwich... And when I got it, it was small and not worth the wait. The service was quick and friendly. Inside the restaurant was clean and will kept especially compared to other local carry outs. I purchased the big Bite burger which cost just underv $5 and it was on point, made with all fresh ingredients and very quickly. Highly recommend for any carry out dining situation and I also look forward to trying some of their less traditional carry...
