I went here for the first time they had someone do my pedicure that wasn’t experienced and she had paint on my skin and bubbles in the white polish so I asked one of the owners you fix it she fixed it but was not happy about it mind you it was my time being spent waiting to get it fixed in the first place I than went over to get my nails done the man kept asking did I want this did I want that never told me any of it was extra charge so when we got done I asked the total he told me I asked why it was so much more hence because all the stuff he added cost more but I didn’t know I didn’t argue I just asked so I knew what I was paying for I had my phone out ready to pay. So he’s like ok I’ll take 10$ off since I didn’t tell you I’m like ok and I want to make my husband a appointment for 5pm and pay now mind you I had already told him I was doing this and he said that’s fine my husband and I were supposed to come together but he had to work so after I asked about to price I said can you make his appointment and add the 30$ to my total you know this man said no I can’t do that but when I was on the phone with my husband he literally said that was fine sir I was going to become a regular because we just moved to the neighborhood and he was telling me how bad business has been and said they have been so slow but since he gained a attitude due to me asking what I was paying for I kindly payed my 120$ kept the 20$ cash tip I had in my hand ready to give him and kept it moving I’ll take my hubby somewhere that wants our business the nails and service wasn’t even...

Came in one morning (my first time) after a few people recommended I come here. I am so happy I listened! I think my tech’s name was Tina. I brought a really difficult inspo pic to recreate and she did a fabulous job! I actually felt so bad about how long it took because she paid so much attention to detail and I truly loved them and appreciated her effort! This was 3 weeks ago and my nails have held up pretty well since, even with my nail biting 😅

Def going back this weekend for a new set! ☺️

(The price I put includes the hefty tip I added and a pedi, so don’t think this was super expensive!)

Update: Just got home from the salon and Tina did her thing again and got me ready for my beach trip next weekend 🤗🏖️☀️🐚

Okay I went in for a quick polish change, and I believe the $10.00 price tag for that was pretty steep and she did a terrible job I had to point out mistakes to be corrected and she didn't clean the excess polish from around my nails and please don't use a credit card here I paid with mine and I was charged $10.00 and I clearly wrote $0.00 on the tip line and $10.00 on the total line and they charged my card $12.00 which I just saw on my bank transactions and I'm very upset about it, if she deserved a tip she would have gotten one but she didn't and to take it anyway is pretty...
