Shortchanged one day; wrong order next visit, not like it was busy, the written order (still in the bag) was correct. It happens.

The replacement was also incorrect, missing a requested condiment.

Diner food, delicious and unhealthy and wonderful. Five stars.

Service staff tries very hard, are aware of past problems with speed and have really improved, are friendly, interact with regulars-- nobody uses names anymore, it seems, and I don't mean specifically here-- they get 4 stars.

I miss the fresh slaw of the 90s and the wings of the early 2000s.

Grits and home fries tend to run out early. That actually makes 'em more special!

Platters are great. Clearer signage would increase efficiency.

Very very very dirty. I was ordering food. There were 4 ladies 2 cooks and a person on the register and another lady I'm assuming on fryer. None of the cooks were wearing gloves. The one lady on the fryer ate fries directly out of the fryer. Never changed her gloves. Lady was getting stuff of the refrigerator putting her hands in her pockets, scratching her head constantly and never changed her gloves or washed her hands.. I watched the lady on the fryer clean tables and never changed her gloves. The lady at the register was dealing with money and food again no gloves no hand washing.. And all the ladies scratched their heads never washing hands. I am extremely appalled by the uncleaness of...
