currito is the best place to go if you are curious what a real life version of Flash the Sloth from Zootopia is like. There were four people working there and I was in line behind about eight people. This was supposed to be a quick pit stop about 15 minutes but instead we were there for 30 minutes. At first i thought it was cool that this restaurant was run by sloths but then it became angering. Everyone in line was complaining. The system of the place was similar to Chipotle. Here though, every time the woman (yes singular) would scoop toppings into a tortilla or bowl, she would stop and wipe down the counter and change her gloves. This would be appropriate in a hospital perhaps but not in a gosh darn Churrito Burrito for gosh sakes. Anyway, about half way through the time of us standing in line, the lead supervisor of all the restaurants at the rest stop comes over to help with the food line. So now the two people running food line are brand new to the job neither one of them have ever done it before. This was fantastic for two gals that just want a quick in and out. In conclusion I would not recommend craprito bullshitrito if u do not enjoy coworkers yelling “Chicken chicken chicken beannnnn”...

Terrible customer service and the worst part is the food itself was actually pretty good. Just understand you cannot customize any menu item other than burritos. The food is made right in front of you like many other Mexican food chains but they will not budge on substitutions. For example, although tofu and chicken are the same menu price for a burrito, they would NOT allow me to purchase a tofu quesadilla because the computer only has a button for a CHICKEN quesadilla. I opted for a burrito instead. My fiancée ordered the chicken quesadilla and when it was accidentally swapped with another customers' she was told they could not remake it because they weren't supposed to let her order corn pico on it in the first place ( it comes with standard tomato pico), but they at least offered a cup of corn pico on the side. For rest stop food it was surprisingly good but I can't get past this out of touch management and...

I don't know why some people are giving bad reviews. I guess because of that it is less crowded compared to other food vendors in the Maryland House rest stop.

Over the last few years I have ordered burritos here a few times. Never had a quality problem. Food tastes great. Their workers change once in a while. And I have seen some of them are not really enthusiastic about serving food. Which is why I deducted one ⭐ from the service quality. I should say that their lack of enthusiasm never affected the delivery. Food was served with my preferred ingredients, hot and pretty good.

I avoid junk food and fast food joints. The reason I go here exclusively at this stop is that food is fresh and healthy ingredients that tastes good. I recommend going here.

Additionally, I have only ever ordered burritos here and nothing else. Rotated between chicken and beef....

This place is horrible on every level. Rude employees, and the food has no flavor and is pretty inedible. Stay away. They were out of everything! No lettuce, no tomatoes, no salsa, no sour cream, no corn, no onions, no peppers. They had the tiniest amount of hot sauce left they had to try to squeeze out of a tube. I asked why there's nothing, and was told because "they had a rush". So that means you can't replenish items ? I worked in the service industry and have never seen a place so awful. I was also charged full price for 3 ingredients and bad food. See photo for my gross looking, flavorless bowl.

My bowl was yummy---especially the mango! They were out of a lot of proteins, but I think it's because they were understaffed. I asked the employee what her favorite meal was and she gave me a tip to get a tortilla along with my bowl, which was a great idea! $15 for a bowl is a little expensive, but expected for a rest stop. I honestly think it's the best option at the rest stop!

Cashier couldn’t remember who he rang up and who he didn’t. No one got salsa, sour cream, or sauces advertised with menu. Cashier handled cash and food and didn’t change his gloves.
