Phillips seafood has always been a favorite of past. When ever in the area just had to grab a bowl of bisque and a shrimp poor boy. The wife and I stopped today in our travels and to our surprise the food was horrible. Now with this being said let's review. The staff was poor and pretty lazy as well and not real caring for your service. Oh no soup, the signature product, the staff commented they just did not make it. We ordered the shrimp poor boys and we could only taste the old grease it was cooked in and also was a low priced low grade frozen shrimp. I included a photo of the sandwich but the prawn sauce aka Chipotle sauce was nice. The waffle fries were good except this is my first for getting a frozen French fry in my order. My wife returned her sandwich for a soup and this was mysterious that they now have soup and I just peeled my 4 shrimp out of the heavy breading and tried to enjoy the minced shrimp pieces and not even whole shrimp. I bought a crab cake platter that came with two sides for $23.99. The crab cake was so Tiny I returned the platter and got a refund. I am a small person with a little appetite. This is tiniest crab cake I have ever ordered. I love crab cakes, and order them a lot. Shame on Phillips for ripping off their customers.
