Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I've rarely been disappointed with the product over the years since they redid everything, & everything has been great for at least 18 months in a row now if not longer. The food is always hot, fresh, & the delivery personnel are fast & friendly. I love their occasional special that lets me get a Philly Cheesesteak pizza at half price, & the option of a Brooklyn crust. The $5.99 special is great for people who want a variety of options & a smaller size. They've never hassled us about making a pizza half one way & half the other on their $5.99 specials, which I especially appreciate as there are things like Hawaiian pizza that only I like, but I can't finish a whole one by any stretch. We get enough for several days & reheat as needed, & the product reheats well & retains it's flavor whether in an oven or a microwave. Their chicken is good, & one member enjoys their pasta dishes thoroughly (though I think he'd like to see ravioli or lasagna, even if it was either smaller or a bit more money). I wish they made small calzones, not everyone wants the big ones & besides, with smaller ones you can get more than one kind. Maybe I'll suggest it sometime. Another thing that would be nice is jalapeño poppers or bites in cheddar or philly both so you'd have your choice. Since poppers are baked, they could go In their ovens. Poppers & their wings would be awesome! Another thing I might suggest. After all, they do most things well (sorry, not a big fan of their sandwiches). I don't think you can go wrong with this branch of Domino's, & I'd hope the others are as good. Another thing is they've never given us a hard time about redeeming free pizzas. Dear Domino’s Management,

I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to order pizza from Domino’s for dinner. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I wanted to share my feedback with you.

After multiple attempts to call and place an order, I finally reached someone when I was about five minutes away from the store. The person who took my order quoted a total of $25 and some change for a special three-topping New York Style pizza, which I expected to be $10.99 based on your advertised special. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that he was "saving me money," despite the special being clearly listed as $10.99 on your recording and online.

Unable to reconcile the price difference over the phone, I placed my order online upon arriving at the store. The pizza I received was very disappointing: it was soggy, had minimal toppings, and an excess of pizza sauce. It did not resemble a New York Style pizza at all and was ultimately inedible, resulting in it being thrown away.

Furthermore, I did not call the store to address this issue directly as the staff I interacted with were not courteous. Additionally, I observed that the food handling practices could be improved, such as the use of gloves, hairnets, and beard nets to ensure hygiene and prevent any contamination.

As a first-time customer after over 15 years, this experience was highly unsatisfactory. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your services and ensure a better experience for future customers.

Had an unbelievably bad experience tonight at this location. I usually dont order from here because it always seems to lack, this time was the worst. I never got to eat dinner, they messed up an order and never came back even after multiple talks on the phone, over a 3 hour span.

Myself and friends ordered food at 7:20 and it arrived about 8pm which is fine. We had a decent sized order. Some orders were fine, mine was unrecognizable. It was supposed to be 12 chicken nuggets, was one large mass of grease, cheese, and condiments.

Called at 8:08 explaining what arrived and asking for 12 nuggets, the guy that answered got defensive, maybe he cooked it, then hung up. Yes hung up on us.

Called back, got someone else, they apologized and said 12 nuggets would be delivered to us. 9:15 rolls around, still no food. I call to find out whats going on, and they promise its on its way. At that point we ask to cancel and be refunded, they put us on hold. 15 minutes of being on hold, then they credit us back.

We ordered at 7:20, got off the phone finally at 10pm, yep seriously, and no food.
