Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

We placed an online curbside order and arrived on time based on the tracker notification. Upon arrival, I called the restaurant and was advised that someone will be out shortly. After 10 minutes minutes of waiting in the warm vehicle, I decided to embrace the cold and go inside to pick up the pizzas.

We ordered 4 medium pizzas at 50% off (pepperoni, pineapple, mushroom and cheese pizza with extra sauce) which was reasonably priced for Domino's. When we opened the pizza boxes, we noticed the pizzas were extremly dry and did not contain extra sauce. The cheese was missing on multiple slices, inconsistently proportioned and appeared as if the pizzas had been sitting for hours.

Because we were overly unpleased, disappointed and unhappy, this caused us to only eat 1 slice each. The taste and appearance of the pizzas were unacceptable & complete waste of money. We had no choice but to resort to another dinner option!

I understand that Domino's may offer customers the option to receive new pizzas if unsatisfied. This will involve taking a 40 minute drive total, waiting for parking in the crowded parking lot, returning the pizzas and voicing my concerns to the manager. I would be very interested in requesting a refund for the 4 medium pizzas without going...

The food always tastes good though usually we have to ask to have our pizzas remade to match what was ordered. Also, everyone is typically friendly. Today, I ordered online and stopped by the store to pickup my order. I had a gift card so I paid in-store when I got there. The guy who helped me then walked away to complete working on orders. I stood there waiting for my order to be ready when I was asked by another employee if I was being helped, to which I replied "yes, I'm just waiting for them to finish my order." He asked my name and indicated that my order was ready and sitting on the shelf, handed it to me and just as I was walking away asked if I was told that part of my order (loaded tots) couldn't be made as they were completely out of tots. The guy was very nice and offered me a store credit for the tots I had purchased but that they were unable to provide. I hope that credit was done as they had told me that before and the next time I ordered there was no credit. The two points of my visit were to get enough food to feed my family and use a gift card I've been carrying around for quite some time. Every time I order from this dominos something is wrong with my order when it shows up. I know having a pizza with no cheese is confusing for some. I've also had sauces missing and when I call to tell them they tell me they're going to give me the money back on my account, I know it's basically nothing but with how often this happens will it add up to something. If they actually followed through and credited me... I find it very confusing why this Dominos is so bad at getting my orders right when the people that drop it off are always so extremely kind! I do understand that the people in the kitchen aren't normally the people that deliver but still. I love dominos over most pizza places, it's the crust, but sometimes I just don't want to deal with my order being wrong...
