Copper Creek Pub & Ale House — Restaurant in Maryland

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for over 20 years when it was Shooters, and it has improved so much since the new ownership.

The food was always decent before, but it’s even better now! My favorites are the pizzas and wings; however you really can’t go wrong with anything you order. It’s really good food!

I love the atmosphere here too. The place still feels the same, except with an upgrade. I met the owner John, and he’s so genuine and seems to really care about the place. He already has added so many amazing features like the incredible outdoor area. He’s always improving too because every time I stop by it seems there’s something new.

The entire staff is really nice and welcoming as well. The whole place is really the complete package for me. It’s a great place to watch any kind of sporting game too because there’s TV’s surrounding, which you can see from almost every angle in the entire space.

Our first time to Copper Creek. We weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly pleased with everything! Our friends’ band was playing so we went to support. Lo and behold the food was great, the service was excellent, and the drink selection was top notch. We had 7 draft IPAs between us, two meals and the bill was around $80. I was surprised! I would normally pay well over $100 for what we got.

I had a burger and my wife had the cheese steak. Both were done perfectly. The cheese steak was just the right amount of savory and the bun was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My burger was loaded with bacon and it was cooked just right. The also got the pickle chips appetizer. Sooo good! Crunchy on the outside and soft pickley goodness on the inside. The bar’s bourbon selection looked great but we didn’t want to end the night too early.

Shoutout to Copper Creek, who hosted me and my family this past Saturday for a surprise birthday celebration.

John and his team saved the back patio area (covered with sails and high fencing for privacy) for the event, and were so attentive and pleasant throughout the event. We were happy to have the staff joining us by the end they were so friendly!

The food was amazing - crab dip some of the best I’ve had in the area, great gluten free menu options to include a Greek pizza which was next level.

The drinks were also spot on. The Colada Crush was a family favorite by the end of the event. Sydney was a great bartender!
