Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Anyone with a bright smile before 7am deserves a smile and these ladies always have it!! They are always polite, orders are received fast and are always correct.

Update 8/12/2019: Bad morning for DD, my small vanilla chai w/an espresso shot had a lump of undissolved powder at the bottom of the cup so I had a luke warm cup of skim milk & no espresso. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow

Update 3/10/2020: My people had a rough morning. My order wasn't fulfilled, the person who was supposed to do was obviously overwhelmed my the orders she had to take on and forgot about my matcha latte more than 3 times. I stood there watching here look at it from time to time as it sat there with stirred almond milk sitting there waiting to be poured into a cup and her rushing back to take an order or grab a donut or Coke. I decided today wasn't the day & I'm not 1 for making a scene or upsetting anyone handling my drink nor my coworker's food so I left. Waste...

I have been going to this Dunkin donuts almost everyday since they open I went through this morning to place an order through the drive-thru and they had a delivery truck directly next to the speaker I tried shouting my order several times to the girl but she was having troubles hearing me so I decided to pull up to the window so they can place my order. That is when the girl refused to take my order repeatedly even after the complications I had at their speaker. She can't tell me to come inside, I went through the drive-thru because I want to keep my distance through everybody during the pandemic I think they should have just taken my order instead of trying to force me to come in. I will never be going back to...

On the way home from working overnight, my wife ordered 25 Honey Glazed Munchkins & 25 Blueberry Munchkins from the DD in Arnold, to surprise our 3 young children this morning. Way to go, Mom!

Got home to find 2 boxes (25 ct, each) filled with assorted Chocolate, Powdered, and Jelly-filled Munchkins, with a few Honey Glazed Munchkins. Not one Blueberry Munchkin.

Seeing as how none of us actually like any of the Munchkins we recieved, other than the few Honey Glazed, the $10 spent on the order feels as good as wasted, if not stolen. Neither one of us ever thought we'd ever have to check our order before leaving a Dunkin Donuts. Lesson learned.
