Please save yourself some money. This place does NOT care about hygiene while handling other peopleās food. This is the second and last time they will ever touch on my food. They donāt like using gloves here. First time it happened my hash browns had fallen out of the bag and the guy that normally takes payment at the drive thru went over and grabbed my hash browns WITH HIS BARE HANDS, he looked over and saw me looking at him. He still attempted to give me the hash browns saying his hands are clean! The second time it was a lady taking payment at the drive thru, I figured Iāll try this place again since I work next door, itās convenient. I told her my donut wasnāt warmed, I ordered it warm, SHE THEN OPENED MY BAG AND PULLED UP My DONUT with her BARE HANDS AND ASKED ME IS THIS WHAT I Ordered! I told her to take that donut back to where she got it from. They then brought me back the same donut warmed up. I will never go back to this place, this makes my stomach turn! We donāt know what they are doing all day long, but simply putting on gloves, especially during these times would mean a lot. When ordering a large coffee with syrups and sugar, they don't always stir it, or put enough sugar in so you could taste it. I usually have to add sugar or go back to the counter for Xtra caramel and/or ask for a few stirrers before I leave the drive thru. In the phone App you can tell them how many squirts of syrup and teaspoons of sugar you like. The dark roast coffee usually tastes better than Starbucks, less bitter and syrups are free. This DD is the most expensive 50 cent more for a single cup of coffee. They don't always apply the discoiunted price on certain days during a promotion when using the app at checkout as indicated on my receipt when I looked it up after checkout unlike other DD which honors it automatically.

And much of what I ordered was not available, but it all showed up on the kiosk. Also, since I paid on the kiosk they could not give me a refund. So, I had to either come back the next day to get the order when they had it in stock or I had to get alternate food, which is what I ended up doing. The gentlemen working there were very nice and also threw in some extra food because of the mess with the kiosk But Dunkin should get their act together on that and not make it difficult on their workers, which is actually probably the biggest problem aside from that I couldn't get the food I ordered.
