Dunkin has a national problem of undercooking their hash brown. Most locations can overcome this by cooking the food twice, or setting the fast cooker to "18". This Dunkin can usually manage this request, except when they have the other problem Dunkin has nationally.
Most Dunkin locations are family owned franchises. So, it is common practice for them to give a job to their least competent family member. Anytime this lady is working, they are guaranteed to mess up the order. They don't eat the food they serve. They don't know what eggs and hash browns are. They don't care about this food. Culturally, they really don't even care about customer service or customer experience. It is common practice in the food industry to know the food you are serving. These people couldn't care less about the food. They process the food in the corporate designated process, and push it out without giving any concern as to what the customer actually asked for. They are only concerned about their metrics at the drive thru. For them it's all about the number of units pushed in the designated amount of time.
If they do mess up your drive thru order, do not fall for the, "Please move around the corner" bit. Wait right there in the window. Hold up the line until they get your order straight. This is the only language they understand because they only care about...

That is the most popular favor of a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts orders and you don’t have caramel… ??? The cashier was extremely rude and didn’t offer me ANYTHING for the inconvenience of this. This location needs to close… If you can’t hire people who know how to work and speak correctly to customers, they shouldn’t be working for you. NOR should a coffee shop “run” out of caramel when you have special drinks that have caramel in it…… This store as been a problem for many others and this is the cherry on top for me. I should have stopped going that last time I was there and the lady refused to give me my receipt after asking for it. She stated she couldn’t reprint it either.
