Stopped by on the way home for a variation on our usual, "two shakes one small, one medium, both with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup". Asked if I wanted whipped cream, "no, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup". Asked if I wanted chocolate shakes and I repeated myself, wanting to say that if I'd wanted that I'd have asked for it. At this point I'm irritated and wondering what I'll be handed. Upon arrival at the window, I can hear one employee seemingly harassing others and a few young women screaming. The cashier made a comment that "he was gonna get himself arrested". We were asked to pull around, which is a very common request. I drove around and began waiting, longer than usual. The cashier seemed to be explaining how to make what I'd ordered. Meanwhile we watched a young man dance around in the seating area with a Grabber Reaching Tool using it to grab other employees. The cashier brought the order out and it was correct.

There was no one behind me, and since itās a drive-through, that request didnāt make sense ā but I still moved as asked. Unfortunately, there was a car blocking the side door, so I couldnāt move any further. Then the employee came out and insulted me, saying I was blocking the way and even called me āstupid.ā I couldnāt believe how rude and unprofessional that was. Some days you can order for walk in pick up but you get there and walk in is closed so you have to get in the drive thru line which is wrapped all around the building. Other days you pay extra for oatmilk and they make your drink without it. No time to complain and wait for a new one so you submit a review but they don't contact you to apologize or make up for their error. I am done with this location.
