Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Maryland

All the parts of the food they serve taste good but the workers can't read. I usually order a garden avocado with onions but 75% of the time they forget the onions and I have to go back and ask for them which isn't so bad. But recently me and my friend order the garden avocado with onions, but they gave us bagels with the onion smear and that's it. We went back to get it fixed and the put all the stuff in the garden avocado but they used the same back that still had onion cream smear. And I had to go back again a second time because they forgot to put the onions in. Einstein fell off fr. Not because stuff tastes worst, but because the workers are worse. I used to go to this Einstein bagel pre- covid and get a big breakfast burrito, but afterwards from 2021 - 2023 they never had them available and now they do I guess after me asking every week, but they don't put the same ingredients in it as back then. It was missing the sauce, and jalapenos and now it just tastes like a dry all-nighter.

They need to hire new workers next semester because the one working now are illiterate and don't seem to be properly trained on what ingredients go into their signature items. Also it takes up to 30 minutes for the food...

Pretty awful experience. I made my order and after about 10 mins I realized that absolutely no one was making the drink I ordered and instead were just standing around. So I walked to the counter to ask if they were making my coffee and the cashier just nodded. After another 7 mins I finally get my coffee, and then they proceed to tell me they don’t have any straws to drink the cold brew shake I just ordered. Not sure why they didn’t mention that up top. I left a little early for class so i could try out the new bagel place on campus. After the 5 people in front of me ordered their stuff, I went up and ordered a plain, untoasted bagel with cream cheese for $2.75. 20 minutes later, with the workers taking their good time with everyone else, I had to leave bagelless so I could get to class on time. Buying my own bagels from now on. Don't bother unless you've got a free...
