I just had a sample of what extremely bad customer service looks like with someone driving one of your vans at the 7-11 beside Vavoline on Baltimore Avenue, in Laurel Maryland. I was trying to ask this person for a card or some questions about the kindly of catering services, you offer & this silly was not even decent enough to roll window to what I was trying say, he to busy watching or doing whatever on his phone. That was probably one of the most terrible display of unprofessionalism I have seen in a long time. Very sad, this silly person turned what would have been a unique opportunity to positively present your business into a very experience on your brandI just had a sample of what extremely bad customer service looks like with someone driving one of your vans at the 7-11 beside Vavoline on Baltimore Avenue, in Laurel Maryland. Read moreEl Golfo is one of the hidden gem restaurants you'll find on Flower Avenue. You can perch at the 8-person bar area, but there are plenty of tables to host small and large groups, and events, too. There is often live music and occasionally Karaoke, too, and it can become very lively! But really it's the amazing food and drinks that will keep you coming back! There is an array of delicious Mexican and Latin American dishes, and quite a few vegetarian and vegan dishes from which to choose. For an appetizer, I highly recommend the fresh guacamole and the Queso Fundido con Chorizo with soft flour tortillas is so yummy! Pair that with a regular or spicy jalapeño margarita and you'll start of on the right foot. Also the Appetizer Sampler is wonderful (and could easily be its own meal). The dishes have a very authentic and homemade quality. My favorite meals are the Spinach Enchiladas, the Seafood Enchiladas—and the sauce for Lomo Saltado dinner (I usually request to have chicken instead of sirloin, btw) is simply heavenly. It's always very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. You'll understand quickly why it's a favorite...
Read moreThursday was not a busy night. The traditional latino atmosphere gives the restaurant its authenticity. We were started off with a basket of nachos and one bowl of salsa. Between three of us, they only gave us one bowl. Later when we ran out, they did refill them when we asked for more.
We are vegetarians. I was delighted to see specific veggie and vegan options that we could customize to our taste. I chose a veggie chimichanga stuffed with beans and veggies. My sides were rice, black beans, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo. The plate looked appetizing when we were served. The actual chimichanga looked like a fried burrito. But the frying was done to perfection. Other members on my table ordered the garden quesadilla (minus mushrooms plus beans)and a spinach enchilada(minus mushrooms plus beans)
All of the entrees were delicious. Adding the extra salsa to the dish was really yummy. Overall, the food was tasty and worth going back. I also ordered a red wine Sangria. It tasted...
