I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Frank's Pizza, and I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from encountering the same issues.

I placed an order through the Slice delivery service, expecting the usual prompt and reliable delivery. However, my food never arrived. After waiting far longer than the estimated delivery time, I decided to call Frank's Pizza to inquire about my order.

What followed was a frustrating and infuriating conversation with the owner. Instead of taking responsibility for the mishap, he blamed Slice for the delay. While I understand that delivery services can sometimes have issues, the owner's attitude was shockingly unprofessional. He showed no empathy or concern for the fact that my food had been sitting out for over an hour, and incredibly, he still expected me to accept and eat it!

This lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. Not only was the owner dismissive and rude, but his approach to resolving the issue demonstrated a complete lack of business acumen. Instead of offering a fresh order or a refund, he insisted on blaming others and showed no interest in making the situation right.

I will be informing my friends and family about this unpleasant experience and strongly advising them to avoid Frank's Pizza. If you're looking for good food and decent service, look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn't value its customers or their...

Staff was pleasant. The fries were greasy and not very appetizing. The steak egg roll was greasy, over cooked and nasty. The fried shrimp sub was greasy. You could hardley taste the shrimp over the grease. The garlic knots were the best items, I ate here. The marinara sauce had zesty garlicky flavour. I was very disappointed with my Calzone. The dough was hand made and very tasty, as well as the ricotta and Mozilla cheeses. My disappointment was in that in most places I have ordered before, a calzone has a meat. I was told that here, you had to add it. I did express my concerns to the staff, but the owner just glared my way and said nothing. 11:25 am on 2/27/25 Who ever the lady is that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional answered it saying "hello" I did not know if I called the right place asked to speak to an mgr and was told there would not be one until next week and on top of the my sister went in and put a order in and was told it would take 25 minutes right as they opened they made all the display food first and made my sister wait 45 minutes for her pizza that was not even that good this woman gets zero Stars for unprofessional and rude behavior Frank would be very unhappy with this situation.
