Meadow's Subs & Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Newly relocated to the area and first time ordering. I ordered lunch for my family, proceeded to eat the Maryland Crab Soup and discovered that there wasn't any crabmeat in the soup. I called to enquire about it but was left on hold for 5 minutes and hung up. I called back and was on hold for another 2-3 minutes before speaking with Ramal to explain my dilemma. Ramal asked if I'd be able to return with the soup and I agreed. I arrived to Meadows, explained what happened and asked what ingredients are supposed to be in the soup? An older gentleman on a register at the counter VERY RUDELY informed me that the soup isn't homemade and comes in premade Campbell's crab soup. I said ohh it's canned and he VERY RUDELY again responded not canned but in a bag. I said I don't want the soup can I get something else? He spoke as if he's the manager and informed me that I should have asked about the ingredients when I ordered and now he's going to lose $4 by taking the soup back. I informed him that I spent over $30 for my order and would like to enjoy my lunch, no I didn't ask before ordering, but I'd like a salad & will pay the difference. He instructed the lady to take the soup and make me happy if possible VERY RUDELY. I ordered a garden salad with extra tomatoes. There's many restaurants throughout the Upper Marlboro and DMV area where I'm appreciated for spending over $30 and receive quality customer service. Will never spend another dime in this restaurant! Called to explain the problems with the order was first told "no manager" then got passed around from person to person when all of a sudden a manager magically appeared. He claimed he just walked in the door. But then argued with me telling me I was wrong and that my order was correct because he was the one who delivered it! I am disgusted, dissatisfied, disappointed and will make sure I tell everyone how unprofessional and inappropriate Meadows is! After spending 72.00 there and ordering the food at 11:57am but not receiving it until 1:04pm is ridiculous! I have never had a so called “manager” argue back and forth and say “I know it was right because I did your order myself and I delivered it. I’m the kid with the glasses.” So sad that instead of someone listening to the issues that we had and try and help with the situation argue back and forth and basically call me a liar! Went there for wings i heard they were great. As for the wing quality, average. Bigger than normal wings, good, got hot wings just Frank's hot sauce, which isn't a bad thing but not original. Anyone who eats wings/ribs knows the difference between being cooked enough and ALMOST cooked enough, these were almost, but still ok. Was the only 1 in the place but still took 1/2 hour for the wings to get to me. Not fast service by 3 girls from the middle east who were on duty (or from india, not sure) so don't expect to get your food fast. Get a menu and call your order ahead if you want it ready. I do give it 5 stars for cost, you get 30 wings for 20 bucks, which is a great deal. I am a big man and i only ate 15 of the wings before keeping the other 15 for dinner later.
