The food was very much mediocre here. I got a burger that wasnt terrible, but wasn't anything to jump up and down about either. People I was with did not enjoy their food at all. They got fish and chips that were super greasy and tasteless, and the crab cake sandwich that was also sub par. The water even tasted weird. Our waitress was nice, but was very much preoccupied with the bar area more than the tables. I also noticed that the online menu and pictures do not match what the restaurant actually offers, which was disappointing. The prices don't line up either. They are actually a few dollars more in the restaurant than what online says. I know inflation has caused prices to rise everywhere, but for the quality of the food we received, the pricing was outrageous. There was nothing spectacular about our visit. We won't be back to this establishment...
Read moreYou are supposed to "Title this review" I could think of many titles... Treat your tastebuds!, A hidden gem!, What a find!, you get the picture... OMGosh, what a pleasant surprise. My wife and I are new to the area, while riding our bicycles in this quaint little neighborhood, we saw this old style building with a gravel parking lot, it looked interesting, so we stopped in to read the menu, we liked what we saw, ordered lunch and have been hooked since our first bite. During our 5th visit, we met the owner Justin who is obviously deeply entrenched in every facet of this wonderful restaurant, he shared one of his philosophy "use nothing but the freshest ingredients. Do your tastebuds a favor and stop and enjoy some of the best tasting and freshest food you'll find anywhere... Petie Greens Bar and Grill in...
Read moreRevised review for aug 2022 visit. Food quality has disappointingly taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunately tonight's dinner was reminiscent of a restaurant trying to cut labor costs/challenges by purchasing prepackaged food. The blackened salmon special I had this evening was a small portion with limited spices smothered in orange grocery store marmalade. The appetizer of bang bang shrimp was made from frozen breaded shrimp and was mostly breading with a prebottled sauce with a few scallions mixed in. Pricing had increased significantly since COVID, which is understandable due to today's food costs, but higher prices paired with significantly lower quality food will unfortunately spell doom for this restaurant.
