Worst Pizza Hut experience of my life!!! First, I placed my pickup order online however, I had a question about the price because the price increased significantly. so I called the store and spoke to manager, he’s the one who answered the phone. He ended up changing my whole order, I kept telling him that’s not what I wanted and not what I ordered! By this time I just wanted to get an order placed, we were starving! Also, the price did not change, I still don’t know how the price went up $20 by only adding on $10 boneless wings! So fine, whatever, so I go pick up the food, opened it up at home to see that they were NOT what i ordered! I ordered PAN, which is what I ordered online AND what I ordered on the phone with the manager! So I called and again, spoke to the manager, he talked to me like garbage!! So disrespectful! I finally said just give me my money back! This whole thing has been a nightmare! I was in the middle of letting him know my husband would be up there to get my refund and he disconnected on me! So my husband and son went to the store to get my refund, the manager began disagreeing with my son, my son actually had him go get a pan pizza and compare it to what we got… and whatta ya know!!!! My pizza’s were NOT pan! So finally the manager agrees to credit my card back. My husband and son comes back home and tells me, but I DIDNT PAY WITH A CARD! I paid cash! So my son calls the store AGAIN and the manager admits he was wrong and apologized and offered a free soda for our troubles! Ummm ok, just a soda? Anyway fine, somethings better than nothing… but when my husband went BACK to the store, he didn’t give him a free soda!!!! Also, the boneless chicken wings that I got had someone else’s receipt taped to the container displaying their name and phone number with a different wing flavor “honey”than what I ordered, “medium hot”, which means someone else probably has my information which I don’t appreciate! Wonder if that person called to complain too!? UNBELIEVABLE!!!...
Read moreOkay I get it it's Super Bowl Sunday.... So we ordered our food at 2:30 on line for pickup at 5:30.... When I get there I was told it wasn't ready, after waiting for another 25 minutes I ask how much longer he was like oh it's been ready I was expecting you awhile ago, I said I've been here for 25 minutes, he apologized he said he was going off of first name my last name is on it too didn't you look?....WTF I felt bad for the staff they were hustling but when I pay $50 for my meal I also expect it to be something you would be happy eating yourself. 🤬 My husband and boys ate your freaking burnt pizza.... Hope your delighted. *Medium Pepperoni literally 3 inches of crust all the way around it, was cold. *Stuffed Crust... Was also barely warm but what I want to know is..Stuffed with what? As you can see in the picture there's no cheese in there on top of that it's burnt. *Super Supreme was okay warm at least the crust was cooked through. *Wings were okay, warm at best. I'm sorry I hate writing these kind of reviews, you never know what might be going on but if you'd be pissed taking this home then horrified because you're family was just hungry (they were waiting all day for this) and felt like they had to eat it then please like and hopefully they can prepare better for next year, we'll be going else where unless they make something right for the people that also work hard and spend their money at...
Read moreMy father had placed an order online for the family. (two pizzas, breadsticks, pasta & wings). While my mother picked the order up, we were waiting at home. When she got home mind you we live about 20minutes from this location, my dad said “no wings”. Me being me I said i’d go back out and get them. I called the store & they had told me the wings were still there and that I could come grab them. I get there & the “manager” named Alexis approached me, I told her that we had placed an order online & we didn’t get our wings & that I was back to pick them up. She then threw her hands up , made an awful face & said “NAME?” like I was dumb? Then proceeded to look at my receipt & had the audacity to say “Yeah this was picked up awhile ago”. Long story short there was no communication with the girl I had spoke to on the phone( Danielle) & the manger , which to me is very poor communication. Alexis was one of the MOST rudest , misunderstanding “manager” I have ever came across of in the food industry, especially when YOU MAM forgot MY order. If y’all are deciding to order out at pizza hut , the elkton location is the best bet!!!!
