Royal Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Used to order from them all the time. When I say we spent HUNDREDS of dollars I mean it. Towards the end the orders were wrong. Would get lied to stating the owner wasn’t there. Stopped ordering. Than one day i wanted their food because it is good. Well there was small issues but nothing serious. But than today 12-1-24 I placed an order for pepperoni pizza as i ALWAYS do. Well I get the pizza and it’s bacon. I call and ask for the owner which is named Kamar and was told he was not there but it was him I spoke to. When asked who I was speaking with they refused to give me the name. So I told them the issue and was told he would have a new pizza sent out to me. Well after almost a hour of waiting I called back and asked where the food was and was told it should be here anytime. And I heard The girl who took my order yell Kamar(weird cause he “wasn’t here”) Waited a half hour and called back. Asked AGAIN where my pizza was and she again yelled Kamar where is her pizza. And AGAIN was told it was on the way,I asked how long and I was told it should be pulling up any minute. Well after waiting again for 15 mins I called back and told them do not send that pizza. Screw that pizza and screw you Royal pizza. It’s a shame because I did like the food. And gave them another chance after once dealing with the same issue. Guess I should have stopped...

Used to order here almost daily just because I didn't know many shops around my area. But I hated this place, they would always get my order incorrect with stuff I didn't eat and would throw away and when I would call about it they would tell me they would give me credit for the next time but then when I would call the next time they would forget who I was. Or if I could get them to redeliver the food they had an attitude problem even if I gave them the food back like they assumed I was lying about my order being wrong. Also had a few times where one of their drivers would say he didn't have change for my money after the tip and said they would be back to give me my money and never returned which is also a reason why I stopped giving that specific driver tips anytime he was the one who delivered for stealing my money. I never order from here anymore and I would say you shouldn't either until they get new owners or something because they don't care about...

Fantastic as usual! I have been a customer with them for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me. I think I have easily placed 100 orders with them and they might have messed up 2 and easily fixed it with a sincere apology and replacement of the correct order. The girls that take the order usually are quick with words and may come off as a bit snappy only because theyre busy all the time and some local people can be pretty nasty. The owner knows me and my wife by face and always treats us like gold. Place does look a little out-dated, but food is top notch and price is great for what you get. Subs arent as big as Captain Harveys, but its not paper thin like some others either. Good size and bread is toasted just right. Pizza beats Mustang or Dominos all day. And wings are just as big as KFC or Popeyes. There really is no other place Id rather order...
