The Glass Grill Tacontento Restaurant — Restaurant in Baltimore

this is not in a great part of town. I was planing on bring a large group to the area, and I am so glad I checked it out first. the restaurant is changing hands, and they have no artwork from next store. it is a bar not a restaurant, not great for a family or large group. the art gallery next to it is in a converted house, and surrounded by a chain link fence. the art gallery is in converted garage, with small bleachers set up. when I asked to have a demonstration like they would for a group, the artist continued blowing glass, which was neat, but there was no explanation. It seemed like a great idea, but I have a feeling that they don't handle large groups of high school students. I believe it would be great for a date night, but the exterior of the building looks...

Since changing hands to the Glass Grill, this place has gone way down hill. Before, when it was the Eastwood Inn, the food was decent but CHEAP! Now, they have worse food at a greater price. I've been there a few times and the food has been terrible each time. Tonight, I ordered an Appetizer Sampler. Two Mozz Sticks, Two Chicken Tenders which were advertised as "Loin of Chicken" but were actually PROCESSED CHICKEN, like a McNugget (barf), two poppers, 5 wings, and two fried pickles for 10 bucks - Horrible! 3 bucks a beer too and the place is run down. The bathroom smelled like a homeless...

Can I give it .1 of a star?! I normally don't write reviews, but I just had to with this place. It's quite dirty, disgusting, the waitress was very rude, and I ordered a chicken sandwich, which came out of the kitchen RAW in the middle. Felt sick most of the evening. There was a nice young waitress though who apologized and took the sandwich off my bill. Thank you to whoever you are! :) It has potential to be a 'decent' restaurant, but needs a...
