Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the second time I get bad service from the same associate. First visit I bought a few items then I asked for two additional cups and I was told it’ll cost me $.25 cents each when I have never been charged. This time around associate closed Starbucks for 45 minutes. At least 5 other customers stopped by and no signage on the door. This is my third attempt at getting something edible from this “Starbucks” and it’s my last. The breakfast eggs (whether a sandwich or a hot entree) are undercooked/runny and taste like plastic from the packaging, the coffee is consistently burnt like it was leftover from the day before, and the sandwiches are dry and tough to eat.
