Some workers think they can talk to customer like they are their bosses. Customer are customers and respect is expected is a two way street. Next time a food server makes a comment he is going to be embarrassed and reported to the OIC.
This is a cafeteria not an Army unit, customers, co-workers, and patients are expecting a respectful service.
