Today, March 17, I had a bad experience. This is not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service with these two employees, which is why I am finally writing a review today. This Manokeek location opens at 5 AM. I placed my mobile app order at 5 AM. However, when I arrived at 5:05 AM, the manager, David (wears a man bun/half shaved), and store associate Sarah (brown hair) did not open the store doors until after 5:20 AM. Including myself, there were (5) other customers outside waiting.
They never once acknowledged or apologized for the inconvenience to any of the customers. We never received non-verbals such as eye contact or any hand gestures to communicate while the store was closed after their opening time at 5 AM.
Quite frankly, they were very rude and would not acknowledge my presence when I politely asked to speak to a manager and for their names. After asking more than 4 times, they reluctantly revealed their names. Every single time David and Sara are working at this location, they do not adhere to the prestige and expectation of customer service I expect from the Starbucks corporation.
Additionally, I called the store several times while waiting and neither one answered. I did leave a voicemail. I am hoping to receive a response from a Starbucks representative as this is unacceptable as a paying and consistent customer at...

Got a zombie frapp and was super excited my husband bough it walked to the car and it was already half melted tasted horrible like watered down chocolate. I went back in to ask if they could make it again and waited in line to be mocked and told yea it melts after awhile...awhile is not a 5 step walk from the car to the store. Then the guy behind the counter proceeded to talk to his co worker about me in front of me. Read moreThis Starbucks is & has always been great, as it's my reg one close to home. This visit, however was different in that I was served by someone new 2 me & he was great! We talked for a good few minutes, he even conversed w/my 10 yr old son. It was very nice to have an interesting, intellectual conversation w/another adult human, as most days my conversations are w/myself or the pets being a stay at home mom. He was an older gentleman whom I also learned things from I wouldn't have known otherwise, very refreshing! I def recommend & encourage anyone in the area to stop in, for who doesn't enjoy great conversation w/a great slightly...
