I have never written such a negative review, but I was so frustrated. If I could give zero stars for service I would have. I like their subs for a quick lunch but I can find another Subway within 12 miles of my home and I'll start going there. Last night I used my phone to order a Black Forest Ham footlong. I paid with my stored gift cards and the screen showed that I placed the order. Even though I paid it didn't really finish processing. It also doesn't show up in my history. I drove to the Subway and showed the man my phone showing that I had paid for the order. He said--Sorry--I know nothing about the app. Too bad. Call Subway. Next time come in to order. I said, but you can see that I've paid for the sub and he said when I use the app he doesn't get paid--so, no sub. My husband asked if we could talk to someone higher up. He said--"there is nobody higher than me--I own this place." I said it wasn't fair that I paid for my sub and he said--too bad--Don't use the app--I know nothing about the app. So I went to a local shop and ordered dinner, never to receive my money or my sub from Subway,
Earlier this winter I bought gift cards online and received a coupon for a free six inch sub. I went into the store and he looked at the paper and said he didn't know where that came from but he wouldn't honor it. He said it must be some third party coupon that can't be used in his store. I took the coupon to a different Subway and was able to redeem it.
This man/owner/manager (all in one) is so rude. He gets loud and yells at the customer. Perhaps he has a franchise Subway and doesn't need to follow the same rules of engagement or honor Subway coupons, but his demeanor and behavior do not reflect well on the brand.

I just want to say that the service here is always excellent. So much so that he always looks forward to dining at this particular Subway. The bar was raised even higher today as the woman working behind the counter (Aug 16th, around noon. I apologize for not catching her name) provided exceptional service. She was patient with my client as he placed his order and was very attentive as he pondered what he'd like to eat. Unfortunately, it's not often that I meet such kind, patient, and genuine staff when taking my clients out as their speech can sometimes be difficult to understand, and they can sometimes struggle with placing their orders. To the woman working today, I just want to thank you for your kindness and your service and for continuing to give my client something to look forward to when we go out for lunch. I really had to use the restroom and when we walked in there was someone already ordering so I decided to use the restroom first. I never got a "hi, hello, how are you" Just a very aggressive "ARE YOU ORDERING FOOD?!" After I said yes but I need to use the bathroom first I was rudely old where the key was. While ordering my daughter asked if she could pick our table and I said yes and she was yelled at to get down and don't play on there" I was so ready to just leave but we were starving and hot.
