Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Just the other night, I walked in the door 5 minutes before close and the staff had already packed up most of the toppings. They kindly asked what I wanted and began to unpack the food without hesitation. Wish I could remember their names but, this was pleasant (and very much needed) experience concluding a very stressful day!

To be clear, i wasn't ordering just one meal, I think it was more like 5 and 2 were chopped salads (my wife and I are no-carb'ing), which meant creating dishes to re-wash.

Also because they immediately jumped in to assist me, they forgot to lock the door and a nice couple came in midway through making my order. They kindly helped them as well (but locked the door :-)

I went to subway on Mother’s Day and ordered 3 sandwiches the lady that served me was nice, professional, provided great customer service, and the sandwiches were delicious!.I didn’t get her name and I’m not sure what nationality she is but she wasn’t black or white. Worst service ever! Took 10 mins for some woman to coke over . Then when I asked to use the bathroom she threw the key across the counter. Then argued about a cold cut combo versus cold cut trio. Then gave attitude about bread. I left and ordered nothing, because no one with an attitude like that deserves my hard earned money. She should not be working any where in customer service.
