Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

My order got cancelled and refunded, they went arms up and weren't willing to explain what happened. So I hopped in line to order again.

The small woman who took my order misheard me. And when I asked why my sandwich was missing bacon they said I didn't order that. I opened my order and said ,I asked for this. The taller gentlemen scolded the smaller woman for not taking my order correctly and looked at me and said "ohh ,we didn't hear you". I replied , "well if you didn't cancel my order". He proceeded to take apart my sandwiche to rebuild it. I commented. "Are you going to just remake it at this point" he replied "uhh, no" quickly bagged my sandwich and...

Ugh, they apparently don't wash their spinach! I ate lunch there today and have been paying for it all afternoon and evening. Friendly enough but not clean healthy food. How could I expect anything more from a place on base given the abuse my children suffered at the base daycare? Even CPS got involved- said they'd have a field day if they could actually get in there but the base facilities hide behind being on base and generally inaccessible and therefore untouchable. It seems clear that the eateries on base do the same thing. Can't be effectively inspected or monitored because they're "protected"...

Very slow. The food is the same as any subway nothing special. I guess you gotta call before time to get cookies because they didn’t have any for 2 days in a row. They have 2 lines but for some reason they don’t have both running at the same time. Which makes things extremely slow during lunch hrs. Expect large crowds during lunch time and expect them to move extremely slow...
