Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Food violations were very prevalent. Food was above chill line, which is a health code violation. I asked employee to serve me 'up to code' food and employee refused. They argued that they "just switched bins" and thats why it was above the safe food line. No name tag on employee. Not very friendly.
