This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received from ANYWHERE! Went through drive through, where after I placed my order I said “thank you” after which the man taking the order got nasally and said “thank you” in a way that you could tell he was making fun of me. I was so taking aback. I didn’t say anything about the comment just pulled up and got my food. I drove to the parking lot to get things together and I noticed my order was wrong and I was missing and entire meal. I pulled back around, because NO ONE was inside or in the drive through. I stated that my order was wrong and I missing a meal, where the gentleman on the other end argued with me! He argued about what he said I ordered vs what I ordered, all through the speaker in the drive through. In the end he told me to pull forward and I did, where he ended up YANKING the window open, THROWING MY FOOD IN MY CAR, then slammed the window shut! I couldn’t believe the treatment I just received! He was rude and he looked like he was the one in charge. The other employees were just standing outside or sitting in the restaurant. The one girl seemed annoyed I was even there. This place is a joke, which is a shame because it just got built not long ago. The fact that in the short time they have hired such miserable people that are chasing the customer base away. I know I won’t be returning and I know i won’t be silent about it. I spent money to be...
Read moreI'm trying to be nice.
It was complete chaos the night I went in around 7 pm, on a weekend, but I looked around and didn't find it crowded, so I spun the wheel and stayed.
Then there was a sudden attention to detail because the Mgr came out on the floor and people began trying harder. [wonders about the order logic]
I've been behind those counters before under pressure as a young person so I'm always more lenient than most. Other customers weren't, and from what was easily gathered, had reasons to be upset.
At that point I usually request a refund knowing the experience for me won't be favorable. But I didn't want to add to the counter confusion already occurring.
Dinner [chuckles] for 3 adults/one soda, $28 +tax.
My order was correct and just a little tardy, however, quality was lacking..........again.
This Taco Bell, albeit fresher than most, still shares the rest of the problems of the older locations.
My professional advice for our younger workforce here. Don't waste your life doing things you don't like or aren't good at, please.
Recommended as a last-ditch effort...
Read moreFirst of all, the gentleman taking my order this morning was extremely nice and chipper.
However, I went through the drive-thru this morning at Bel Air (Jack Lane location) and ordered sausage crunchwrap breakfast combo. I asked for hot sauces and ketchup with order. Gentleman said they had no ketchup--no big deal. I got order and asked if hot sauces in bag and gentleman said yes. I checked and there were no hot sauces and there was also no hash brown which is to come with the combo. I paid full price for the order, too. I stayed at the window for a minute or 2 hoping he would come back but he never did. So I had to drive off. I am disappointed as Taco Bell (and not just this location) seems to not be able to get orders correct or complete. The Bel Air (Baltimore Pike) location is even worse and I stopped going there at all. Taco Bell should wonder why they are not as popular as other food chains. A little...
