I recently stopped by Taco Bell for a late-night craving, and while the food itself was enjoyable, the overall experience left a bit to be desired.

First, let's talk about the food. My quesadilla was tasty and hit the spot, but I was disappointed by its presentation. It wasn’t cut all the way through, and the cuts that were made seemed random, leaving me with what felt like scraps rather than a properly served dish. I know it’s late, but is that an excuse for cutting corners on presentation?

On a positive note, the service was pretty quick, which I appreciated. However, the drive-through experience could have been much better. The cashier could have been a bit friendlier or at least offered a warmer tone both over the speaker and at the window. A smile or a simple "thank you" can go a long way in enhancing the customer experience.

In summary, while the food itself was good, both presentation and service could use some improvement. I hope my next visit will be more satisfying in...

The staff is rude and disrespectful. Avoid if you care about how you are treated. I paid an extra $15 to have food delivered because my kids were not feeling well and wanted tacos. No sauce was delivered at all, despite specific kinds and amounts listed. I call and ask to get some delivered and I get yelled at told they will not bring me anything and deliberatly hung up on twice by a manager. The food intended to feed my kids will be thrown away because they won't eat it like this and the store could absolutely care less. I will get my money refunded if I have to dispute with the bank and never support this establishment again. Stop hiring these young ignorant people to run your franchises. Yet another fast food place in Laurel that has lost my business because of the people you employ and you allow to be your face/voice to the public. Well I came in today to get the Delicious beefy potatoes Chipotle chicken griller and two hard shells long story short the lady clearly wipes the front counter down with a rag & continued to wrap my burrito without changing the plastic gloves she wearing separate counters this was entirely disgusting and needs to be addressed to the employees preparing people food. now it was rather crowded so I didn't make the biggest seen I just took it and threw it in the trash and ate the hard shell tacos that came from the left hand side vs the lady that wrapped my burrito on the right she kinda look when she did it but once I didn't say anything she continued to wrap the burrito this is not sanitary and the next person will not be as silent about the situation please speak to that lady cause obviously she think the gloves is there for her own protection and not...

Five star service and food ruined by a completely disgusting dine in lobby. They had just finished mopping the floor when I arrived which is great. Unfortunately what was not so great was the food droppings that were all over the tables and the chairs. Two of the tables and chairs by the entrance had small round pellets on them that appeared to be rodent droppings. I obviously can't say with 100% certainty that is what they were but that is what it looked like to me and if they had spent 5 minutes to wipe down the tables I wouldn't have seen them to even write this comment. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that this food is probably the best quality I've had from a Taco Bell and the service from the employees was top notch. The employees clearly care about their jobs so it's a shame that more attention isn't being paid to cleanliness.

It's Taco Bell, I don't really expect too much but this was the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The employee who took the order needed confirmation at least five times regarding four bean and cheese burritos, failed to add the drinks I asked for to the order until I reiterated it twice and completely missed an entire other order. The other employees in the place were running around, scaring each other and talking and laughing incredibly loudly. In front of customers. Even after all that, I get home not even five minutes later and my kids' burritos were dripping sauce and cheese everywhere very clearly poorly wrapped and my taco was completely ruined and disgusting. Again, it's Taco Bell, I wasn't expecting anything but definitely was hoping for better than this.

My friend also ordered the Quesarito and a soft taco supreme with two orders of cinammon twists. A couple of disappointments were the drive-thru forgot to put the two cinammon twists in the bag so I had to turn around for those. The Quesalupa borders on disgustingly soggy and not cheesy at all. Needless to say I hope they bring out a fresh flagship idea soon.

I went through the drive-thru tonight to fill a Taco Bell craving. I was super excited for the new Quesalupa. I ordered the combo steak with two soft taco steak supremes. My friend also ordered the Quesarito and a soft taco supreme with two orders of cinammon twists. A couple of disappointments were the drive-thru forgot to put the two cinammon twists in the bag so I had to turn around for those. The Quesalupa borders on disgustingly soggy and not cheesy at all. Needless to say I hope they bring out a fresh flagship idea soon.
