I would like to just say you have EXCELLENT customer service. There was a miscommunication for a delivery order and when I called the gentlemen I spoke with was extremely apologetic. He asked if we would like credit or to have it remade. It was the coldest night this year, the night before Christmas Eve, our first delivery drive was older and we live on the top floor and he struggled getting to the top. We requested a remake but only if he didn’t have to deliver or walk all the way up. I believe it was the owner or manager who personally delivered the remade sub in a very short period of time. We did carry out instead of delivery so we could check the order before we purchased it due to the fact that our delivery orders arrive incorrect... well so was our carry out. Wrong size pizzas this time. No offer was made to correct the problem other then they could cut the smaller pizzas into more slices. Here is the kicker, the pizza dough was so under cooked that we served it with a large kitchen spoon. We were going to take it all back but instead you have officially lost our business.
