Ordered a sandwich from deli about midnight headed home (Jersey) from WV. Waited about 25 mins and asked for my money back due to the fact that #1 woman didn't have gloves on and she was handling people's food and no hairnet. #2. There was about 10 people waiting for their orders and I see one girl wiping down coffee station another one walked in back after maken smoothies knowing the crowd of people waiting for their food. And the one girl that had no gloves well she just walked passed everyone and did not once help with any orders. Now at this point all I see is 1 girl trying to make a complicated order and I pretty sure she was new. Now I've been in the food business back in my day and customers are always first priority and if one station get backed up everyone helps out. People don't wanna wait a long period of time for their food. Now from my perspective all those workers that walked by and ignored everyone's orders was quite ignorant on my end and the new girl. Totally horrible experience from a Wawa. New Jersey has very respectful Wawa's and customers always come first and you don't wait long for your food! I will never go back to that Wawa again. I hope that someone will read this and take the proper procedures in better training those employees regarding customer relations and...

I could not find a Sunoco where I normally pump with 93 so I pulled in to this WAWA. I purchased $58.00 (full tank) worth of their 92 octane. Drove less then a mile on 95 north and my car died. Had it towed to the nearest dealer. Because of the holiday weekend they could not look at it until the following Tuesday. The dealer determine the cause of the failure was due to bad gas. They drained the tank, added new fuel and the car started right up. I filed a claim with Wawa and while I was on the phone the representative pretty much said itās up to you to prove it to us not the other way around. After a few days they denied my claim. The food was good but after waiting over 20 mins for the order (I did not see it on the order rack near the register) I asked for an update. The lady in the kitchen responded āgo ask the cashier if you have questions with mobile orders cuz you wasting your time standing here waiting like an idiot when your order is already over there.ā Well it was not and then a few seconds later someone else ran out the order which HAD BEEN SITTING BACK THERE. š All Iām saying is even if I was in the wrong, you shouldnāt talk to people like that, period.
