I normally come every morning to get a breakfast burrito to start my day off. The service was amazing from the young lady but I guess with the food Today was not my day July 25th it was very disturbing to find individual Hair pieces in my burritos when going back to the store and approaching the manager, I seen a young lady in there she has blonde and brown hair that was up in a ponytail with no hair Net on, So Curly that you can see the hair strands hanging down from the ponytail The young lady proceeded to help another customer at the register, handling his money and went directly to drop potato wedgies in the oil, then proceeded to pick up potato wedges that she drop on the floor and throw them in trash and head back to work. I found that very disgusting while working in the food industry You are always supposed to have a hair net on and Gloves While handling food you’re supposed to be using the handwashing method that they teach you at training and on serve safe if you have your certification which is supposed to have working in the food industry. The manager on duty didn’t seem too surprised at what just happened all he can do is say I’m sorry that this happened....

I'm a regular customer and have always appreciated Wendy's commitment to quality service and delicious food. However, on my recent visit, a series of incidents affected my overall experience.
Firstly, the line was unusually long, suggesting a change in wait times that seemed to disrupt the usual efficiency. This unexpected delay caused inconvenience for both customers and staff. Subsequently, when I attempted to collect my food, there was another setback – the young man handling the order accidentally dropped the food before handing it to me. This mishap added an additional wait time and, understandably, was a bit frustrating.

Read moreTerrible terrible terrible Initially I ordered a baked potato, the lady said they didn’t have any. Then, I drive up to the window and ask again about the baked potato. The you man said “I don’t know”. I responded ‘can you check?’. The young man came back and literally told me “ we have baked potato’s but I can’t ring you up here at the window.” He continued to say to me “ I would have to drive around and reorder or come inside and order, which ever is faster for you.” So ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous is that I did drive around to reorder because the line was not long. I finally reorder the baked potato and the last taking my order told me that they were sold out of the baked potato. So Crazy. Please don’t go to this Wendy’s. It’s always something with them.
